Job Description
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring efficient office operations, effective communication, and professional coordination of executive activities. This role requires discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Key Performance Areas

Perform core executive secretarial duties, including drafting correspondence, typing, preparing presentations, managing filing systems, and taking accurate meeting minutes

Coordinate and manage executive diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements

Organise meetings, functions, and events from planning through to completion, including catering and logistical requirements

Communicate relevant information to internal staff and external stakeholders professionally and timeously

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rosebank office

Process and manage invoices for payment through SAP

Perform additional ad hoc duties as required by management
Minimum Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Matric qualification
-
Relevant secretarial or administrative qualification

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in an executive secretarial or similar role
-
Experience within a listed company is advantageous

Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

SAP experience is advantageous
