Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to lead and manage the administrative functions within the organization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in administration, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage and develop a team of operations administrators.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of operations administrators to ensure efficient office operations

Develop, implement, and maintain administrative procedures and policies to optimise workflow

Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of administrative staff

Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate reporting

Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative support for projects and initiatives

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Ability to prioritise, delegate tasks effectively, and solve problems independently
