Minimum Requirements

Reside in Cape Town

PSIRA Grade A certification

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations management

Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously

Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple security sites

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

Train, supervise, and evaluate security staff performance

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain operational quality standards

Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response procedures

Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational outcomes

Maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Address and resolve escalated incidents and operational issues

Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives
