Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a dedicated Hotel Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property. The role involves patrolling hotel premises, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, and enforcing hotel policies with professionalism and vigilance.
Key Responsibilities

Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect suspicious activity

Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for potential security risks

Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and disturbances

Report safety hazards, security breaches, or suspicious behavior to management

Enforce hotel policies, including guest registration and access control

Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards

Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
-
PSIRA registration
-
Previous experience in security, preferably in the hospitality sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
