Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Security Site Manager to oversee all security operations at our Steenberg/Retreat site in Cape Town. The role ensures the safety of personnel, property, and assets while maintaining compliance with security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures

• Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring effective performance and readiness

• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems, responding promptly to incidents or breaches

• Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify risks and improve site safety

• Liaise with law enforcement and security partners to manage threats and maintain a secure environment

• Maintain accurate records and reports of all security activities and incidents

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in corporate or industrial settings

• PSIRA registration

• Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple security personnel effectively

• Proficiency in security technology and systems

• Valid security license or certification
