Role Purpose
The Hair & Grooming Educator is responsible for delivering professional training programs in hair and grooming, including barbering techniques, to develop skilled and industry-ready learners. This role ensures learners achieve competency standards while supporting curriculum development and promoting a safe, professional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs in hair, grooming, and barbering techniques.

• Demonstrate practical skills and ensure learners achieve trade competency standards.

• Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.

• Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and administrative documentation.

• Stay updated with international and local hair and grooming trends and techniques.

• Mentor and guide learners to achieve professional standards and industry readiness.

• Support the academy with curriculum updates and training material development.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and safe learning environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Full trade test certification in Hair and Grooming is advantageous.

• Proven experience in barbering, grooming, and hair services.
