Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain the performance of van sales representatives to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
- Lead, drive, and embed a customer-focused sales culture.
- Conduct daily gate meetings before entering the market.
- Focus on performance metrics including MTD results, execution, and discipline KPIs.
- Coach sales staff effectively to enhance capability and performance.
- Provide in-market coaching and support for Van Sales Representatives.
- Ensure 100% outlet coverage within assigned routes.
- Conduct individual visits with customers to resolve specific issues.
- Drive business development and expand the customer base.
- Attend relevant meetings as required.
- Develop and implement internal and external strategies to achieve business growth and increase market share.
- Align strategic changes and pivot directions as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions with the training team on critical business skills.
- Perform performance reviews to assess team effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
