Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Officer to safeguard people, property, and assets. The role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, completing reports, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The Security Officer will perform standard duties as per training while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure premises
• Control entrance and exit points to ensure authorized access
• Safeguard property, personnel, and assets
• Complete and maintain relevant registers and logs
• Prepare accurate and timely security reports
• Perform standard security duties as per training guidelines
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum Grade 10 certificate
• PSIRA Grade C accredited and registered
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the security industry
• No criminal record and willingness to undergo regular background checks
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties
• Reside within the area of the advertised position
