Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee the efficient and professional management of the site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Manager will ensure that all teams operate effectively, meet company objectives, and adhere to security standards and operational procedures.
The role involves client liaison, staff supervision, administration, and continuous value addition to the company through operational excellence.
Qualification & Experience
• Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 or equivalent
• PSIRA registered (Grade A)
• AVSEC Level 3 (Cargo)
• DGR – Group A
• CAT6 certification
• At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• Previous supervisor or junior management experience
Job Requirements & Attributes
• Computer literate (MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 08/EB) with own reliable transport
• Sound knowledge of disciplinary procedures
• Clean disciplinary record
• Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• People management: general management and supervision of security staff to maintain required performance standards
