DynamX Trainee Programme – SAB Vacancies
About the Program
The DynamX Trainee Programme is a highly competitive 24-month development journey designed to nurture future leaders. The program is structured through segmented fixed-term contracts, with continuous performance evaluations that determine progression through each stage.
Participants gain valuable exposure through 6-month rotational cycles across different teams within their business area. This structure provides cross-functional experience and allows trainees to develop a broad understanding of the organization.
The DynamX Trainee Programme follows the 70-20-10 learning model, where 70% of learning is gained through challenging projects and hands-on experience, 20% through mentorship and developmental relationships, and 10% through formal training and coursework.
Throughout the program, trainees are encouraged to think creatively, solve problems in innovative ways, and embrace opportunities for growth. After successfully completing the 24-month program and demonstrating strong performance, participants become eligible to apply for various roles within the organization and build a long-term career with the company.
