Beauty Assistant – Clicks Group Careers
Job Purpose
Provide exceptional service in the beauty department by offering professional advice on skincare and beauty products, promoting merchandise, and maintaining store presentation to build customer loyalty and maximise sales.
Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers, answer product-related questions, and recommend the most suitable products and services.

Drive sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently meet monthly targets.

Monitor sales and evaluate product performance, suggesting improvements to enhance offerings and increase sales.

Stay up-to-date on beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer guidance.

Execute all operational activities efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage reduction, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Ensure in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards are consistently maintained.

Act as a visible brand ambassador, delivering friendly and professional customer service.

Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.

Support profitability and brand loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.

Uphold the company’s values and contribute to making Clicks the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential: Grade 12
-
Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification

Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
