Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are seeking a talented individual with the relevant skills and experience for an Account Manager role based in Ladysmith. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Purpose
The Account Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective account plans. This includes managing the profitable sales of CCBSA products, as well as developing and maintaining new business relationships and opportunities. The goal is to ensure customer excellence, foster brand loyalty, and achieve profitable volume growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and implement new business opportunities

Optimize customer service to maintain high client satisfaction

Formulate and conduct account reviews

Develop and execute account plans

Manage and optimize customer accounts for improved performance

Oversee and maintain company assets

Generate orders to meet customer demands

Execute promotional activities to drive product awareness

Manage cash and credit accounts in line with company policies

Compile competitor reports to stay competitive in the market

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications & Experience

Matric (Grade 12) and completed a 3-year sales/marketing qualification

At least 2 years of relevant experience in an FMCG sales/marketing environment

A valid Code 08 driver’s license

Computer literate or the ability to acquire these skills
