Responsibilities
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable tasks efficiently.
- Handle vendor and internal queries related to payments and invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accurate account balances.
- Follow up on invoice/payment discrepancies and maintain vendor master data.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Report on overdue accounts and invalid liabilities affecting P&L (GRIR).
- Send follow-up enquiries to vendors for short-paid invoices.
Qualifications
- Matric certificate.
- National Diploma or Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
- 2–3 years of accounts payable experience.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Quick learner with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and record-keeping skills.
