Role Overview
Tiger Brands is looking for a skilled and motivated Administration Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing documentation.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.

Support the finance department with administrative duties related to invoicing, payments, and financial record keeping.

Prepare and maintain reports, memos, and other essential documentation as needed.

Assist with internal and external communications in a timely and efficient manner.

Support the overall functioning of the office by ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Previous administrative experience will be an advantage.

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
