Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the Administrator include:

Accounts administration
-
Staff and payroll administration
-
Tenant administration, including correspondence and processing

General office administration
-
GRV (Goods Received Voucher) administration
-
Recipe costing processing
Minimum Requirements:
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office administration
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Own transport is required
-
Good knowledge of systems, specifically SPAR SIGMA
-
No criminal record and no bad credit record (vetting will be conducted)
