Job Description

The Area Growth Manager is responsible for expanding market presence and driving revenue growth by increasing the adoption of Flash products and services across the assigned region. This role focuses on growing device sales, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of the Flash footprint through all assigned sales channels
  • Increase sales of Flash devices to grow regional turnover and overall market share
  • Improve the acquiring base by ensuring high adoption rates when placing Flash devices
  • Deliver consistent in-store training on all Flash products during each visit
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high retention and reduce churn
  • Ensure a high percentage of Red Flag completed calls within the sector
  • Support and manage kiosk environments in line with established operational structures
  • Maintain effective relationships with all kiosk stakeholders within the region
  • Accurately map and geo-locate trader databases to ensure data integrity
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal stock availability across the region
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting on performance, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years’ sales or field operations experience

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple locations
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer relationship management and service delivery skills
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and proactive thinking
  • Experience in branding, merchandising, and area management
