As a Banker in Prestige Direct, you will handle client inquiries across various channels related to products, account activities (such as statements, debit orders, and status updates), and personal account openings. The goal is to deliver first-time resolution that meets client expectations and complies with product guidelines and legislative standards.
Minimum Requirements

Qualification: Diploma in Business Commerce

Experience: 5-7 years in Personal and Private Banking, with relevant FAIS qualifications and experience

Must be capable of providing intermediary services independently, and advisory services under supervision

Previous exposure in a physical, voice, or virtual banking environment is essential, along with solid knowledge of bank processes, policies, and products
