Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Box Room Operator to join our Mafikeng Branch. This position plays a key role in the secure distribution and receipt of consignments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to operational protocols. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Clear criminal record

• PSIRA accreditation (minimum Grade C is advantageous)

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the security industry or a similar role

• Computer literacy is essential

• Strong communication skills

• Must be available to work night shifts

• Ability to work under pressure

• Physically fit and able to perform manual duties

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing for vault room operations

• Coordinating vault room schedules for CIT (Cash-In-Transit)

• Receiving and distributing consignments to and from CIT teams

• Scanning and sorting consignments accurately

• Balancing the vault and securing it at the end of each shift

• Completing required documentation and administrative tasks

• Conducting searches and security checks as required
