Fidelity Vacancies – Boxroom Operator – Cape Town –  Western Cape

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Boxroom Operator to join our team at the Parow Branch. This role is responsible for managing the secure distribution and receipt of consignments, supporting daily operations in the vault environment. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Clear criminal record

  • PSIRA accreditation (Grade C is advantageous)

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the security industry or a related field

  • Strong computer literacy is essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willing and able to work night shifts

  • Physically fit and capable of handling physical tasks

  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for daily vault room activities

  • Plan and manage vault room schedules for CIT operations

  • Receive and distribute consignments to and from CIT teams

  • Accurately scan and sort consignments

  • Balance vault contents and secure the area after each shift

  • Complete documentation and administrative duties related to consignments

  • Perform search and verification tasks as needed
