Fidelity is seeking a qualified Boxroom Operator to join our team at the Parow Branch. This role reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for receiving, distributing, and managing consignments in the vault room.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record

• PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification (advantageous)

• At least 1 year of experience in the security industry or a similar role

• Computer literacy is compulsory

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work at night

• Ability to work under pressure

• Physically fit

Job Specification:

• Prepare for vault room duties

• Plan the vault room schedules for CIT

• Receive and distribute consignments to and from CIT teams

• Scan consignments for tracking purposes

• Balance the vault and ensure proper locking procedures

• Sort consignments and manage documentation

• Perform searching duties as required
