Job Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is available at our Parow Branch. The main responsibility of the Boxroom Operator is to manage the distribution and receipt of consignments.
Minimum Requirements:

Clear criminal record
-
PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C qualification is advantageous
-
At least 1 year’s experience in the security industry or a similar role
-
Computer literate (compulsory)

Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work at night
-
Ability to work under pressure
-
Physically fit
Job Specification:
-
Prepare for vault room duties
-
Plan vault room schedules for Cash in Transit (CIT)
-
Receive and distribute consignments to and from CIT teams
-
Scan consignments
-
Balance the vault and secure it
-
Sort consignments
-
Complete documentation and administrative duties
-
Perform searching duties
