Job Description
As a BPM Developer, you will be responsible for translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing programming code to create solutions. You will work in close collaboration with the technical team, ensuring that the development process is efficient and aligns with industry best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of modern engineering practices such as DevOps, agile methodologies, and broad experience across various IT engineering disciplines.
Qualifications

First Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience Required

5-7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on translating business and functional requirements into technical solutions

8-10 years of proven experience in modern engineering practices, including DevOps and agile methodologies

Demonstrated specialization in at least one IT engineering discipline, with experience in BPM, system integration, or related fields
