Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to support the Specialized Services Division. Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Administrator will oversee all administrative, human resources, and financial functions of the branch, ensuring smooth daily operations and full compliance with company standards.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or Matric Certificate

Tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative environment

Payroll knowledge and experience is essential
-
Strong financial knowledge is essential
-
SAP experience will be advantageous
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-
Clear criminal record
-
Own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities

Manage all payroll and salary-related processes accurately and efficiently
-
Perform daily booking of security personnel on the posting system
-
Handle billing, invoicing, and critical finance-related duties
-
Manage personnel administration including onboarding and terminations
-
Provide administrative and financial support to the Branch Manager
-
Control and manage all branch assets and asset registers
-
Maintain full responsibility for petty cash management and submissions
-
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports
-
Act as the primary liaison between the branch and internal departments
-
Perform general office administration including calls, emails, filing, and correspondence
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
-
Manage administrative schedules, deadlines, and information flow within the branch
-
Coordinate branch compliance and audit activities
-
Oversee facilities management, maintenance, and service providers
-
Compile monthly performance and management reports
-
Support managers and executives with projects and operational tasks
-
Maintain ongoing engagement with Security Officers

Manage pension, provident fund, and UIF documentation
-
Provide full administrative support to the branch and act as a key correspondent with the Group
