Fidelity is seeking a professional and organized Branch Administrator – White River to support our branch operations. This role is essential to ensure effective communication, accurate administrative processing, and seamless coordination between internal departments and clients.

Location: White River
Purpose of the Role
The Branch Administrator will be responsible for managing front office duties, supporting the sales and technical teams, handling inbound calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
-
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
-
Receive and verify sales contracts for completeness and accuracy

Submit contracts for processing and handle any rejections or corrections

Distribute incoming faxes to relevant sales consultants

Maintain proper filing of all sales-related documents

Capture sales feedback and assist with general sales admin tasks
Customer Service

Answer and route all incoming calls via the switchboard efficiently

Welcome and assist visitors and job applicants at the reception area

Handle telephonic customer queries and ensure timely follow-up

Log and monitor client queries until resolution
Technical Support Assistance

Book technician appointments as required

Support technicians with account lookups and system testing

Assist clients with general technical queries
General Duties

Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed by the branch

Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues
