Fidelity Vacancies – Branch Manager – Emalahleni

Job Description
The Branch Manager position is available at the Witbank CIT branch, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager. The main objective of this role is to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the branch while adhering to all site-specific security requirements and ensuring client needs are met professionally at all times.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration, and accreditation.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the security industry.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements.

  • People management experience.

  • Strong administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills.

  • Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.

  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.

  • Must live within a reasonable distance from the branch or be willing to relocate.

Key Performance Areas

  • Ensure that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.

  • Maintain positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services and the client.

  • Regularly evaluate the service levels provided and recommend improvements to the client.

  • Ensure that security staff meets required performance standards at all times.

  • Manage all administrative tasks effectively.

  • Communicate daily with executive management on operational matters.

  • Submit weekly/monthly incident reports and general reports as required by senior management.
