A vacancy has become available at the Cleveland CIT Branch for the position of Branch Manager, reporting directly to the Regional General Manager. The purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and that client expectations are met professionally and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the security industry

• Understanding of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management principles

• Proven experience in people management

• Strong administrative, interpersonal, and client liaison skills

• Excellent planning, leadership, and organisational capabilities

• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office

• Must have reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence

• Must reside within reasonable distance from the branch or be willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all contractual service obligations are consistently met

• Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary point of contact

• Evaluate current service levels and recommend improvements

• Monitor and maintain performance standards of all security personnel

• Manage daily administration and reporting requirements

• Engage with executive management regarding branch operations

• Submit weekly and monthly incident and operational reports
