Fidelity Vacancies – Branch Manager – Limpopo
Fidelity is looking for a skilled Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Marble Hall CIT branch. This role reports directly to the Regional General Manager and focuses on ensuring the efficient delivery of services, compliance with site-specific requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric certificate
-
PSIRA Grade A certification
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
-
Strong background in people management
-
Proficient in administrative duties and client liaison
-
Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
-
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
-
Must live within a reasonable distance of the branch or be willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensure all contractual obligations and site-specific security requirements are met
-
Maintain professional and effective relationships with clients
-
Monitor service levels and recommend improvements where needed
-
Ensure all security personnel meet performance expectations
-
Oversee branch administration and operational processes
-
Report to Executive Management on key operational matters
-
Submit required weekly and monthly reports to Senior Management
