Fidelity is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Newcastle CIT branch. This role reports directly to the Regional General Manager and is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance with all site-specific security requirements, and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate with PSIRA Grade A accreditation

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards

Proven experience in people management
-
Strong administrative and client liaison capabilities
-
Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational skills
-
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office programs
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
-
Must reside near the branch or be willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled as per client agreements

Build and maintain strong client relationships with ongoing communication
-
Continuously evaluate service quality and recommend improvements

Monitor and manage security personnel performance
-
Handle all administrative functions efficiently
-
Communicate with executive management on daily operational matters

Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by senior management
