Fidelity Vacancies – Branch Manager – Roodepoort

Job Description:
The Branch Manager position is currently vacant at our West Rand CIT branch, reporting to the Regional General Manager. This role is crucial to ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the branch while meeting all site-specific security requirements. The Branch Manager will also ensure that client needs are met in a professional and efficient manner at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration, and accreditation

  • At least 5 years of experience in the security industry

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements

  • Experience in people management

  • Strong administrative, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills

  • Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs

  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license

  • Reside within a reasonable distance from the branch or be willing to relocate

Key Performance Areas:

  • Ensure that all contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client regarding security services provided

  • Continuously assess service levels and make recommendations for improvements to the client

  • Ensure that security staff maintain required performance standards at all times

  • Manage all necessary administration tasks

  • Liaise daily with executive management on various operational matters

  • Submit relevant weekly and monthly incident and general reports to senior management
