G4S Vacancies – Branch Security Officer
G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leader in integrated cash management services, is seeking a Branch Security Officer to support the Branch Manager in maintaining high security standards at branch level. The Branch Security Officer will be responsible for enforcing security protocols, managing risk, supervising staff, and ensuring operational compliance with standard procedures.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong judgment, leadership ability, and a commitment to upholding safety and security in all aspects of branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure effective security operations within the branch

Monitor compliance with standard security operating procedures

Maintain and control security-related equipment
-
Manage and supervise security staff and ensure adherence to safety regulations

Compile, submit, and review reports and registers as required

Implement and evaluate branch-specific security procedures

Support health and safety efforts and drive a culture of workplace safety
Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Valid Driver’s License and PDP
-
PSIRA Grade B certification
-
CIT certification
-
Relevant experience in security or branch operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Strong understanding of South African security legislation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
