Purpose of the Role
The Business Analyst will support the Commercial Manager in preparing accurate and timely quotes, as well as generating and maintaining KPI and ad-hoc reports. This role involves data analysis, rate application, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret customer data provided via the sales representative

• Clean, structure, and process the data, applying relevant zones and standard rate cards

• Apply kilogram scales and distribution patterns to support accurate pricing

• Submit prepared data to the Commercial Manager for approval before finalising quotes

• Coordinate with sales administration to generate formal customer quotes

• Compile and deliver accurate KPI reports on a regular basis

• Provide ad-hoc analytical reports as required by management

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Relevant BCom degree
