Value is seeking a skilled and driven Business and Solutions Analyst to support the delivery of integration projects, technical solutions, and business process enhancements across our partner network. As a leading supply chain service provider, Value enables seamless connections between major suppliers, principals, and top-tier retailers through advanced digital integrations and platform services.
The Business and Solutions Analyst will take ownership of partner onboarding, technical integrations, and solution delivery while supporting pre-sales consultancy and ongoing optimisation initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in building and sustaining the technology backbone that drives Value’s operations and customer engagements.
As part of the IT Applications team, the Business and Solutions Analyst will work closely with internal developers, integration specialists, business stakeholders, and external partners to design, implement, and manage technical and business solutions. The role reports directly to the CIO, with potential for reporting structure changes as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities

Gain deep knowledge of the Value processing platform and how it supports integration and delivery projects

Collaborate with sales and business colleagues in pre-sales consultancy to advise on integration strategies and solution architectures

Design comprehensive, end-to-end integration solutions with partners, ensuring message processing, system compatibility, and commercial value

Develop project plans in coordination with PMO and technical teams, ensuring alignment with delivery expectations and timelines

Drive project initiation, resource allocation, and ongoing communication across IT, business, and external stakeholders

Analyse and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimisation solutions for sign-off and implementation

Own the full lifecycle of integration and development projects, from solution design through to execution, testing, and go-live support

Facilitate all aspects of implementation, including network setup, file exchanges, testing coordination, and stakeholder approvals

Lead solution scoping, documentation, rollout, and training where needed

Provide regular updates to the CIO and other relevant stakeholders on project progress and delivery metrics

Serve as a functional expert in discussions with business users, customers, suppliers, and technical partners

Support issue resolution and actively promote standardisation, system consistency, and operational quality across all projects

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the CIO
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Demonstrated experience in managing partner integration projects, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or retail sectors

Strong project management background with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Skills Required

Solid technical foundation in designing and delivering IT solutions

Familiarity with integration protocols and real-time data exchange

Experience working with both internal systems and external partner integrations

Business operations knowledge and a strong understanding of process workflows

Proficiency in process analysis and solution mapping

Systems knowledge with practical experience in testing and user support

Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences, from junior staff to executive stakeholders
