Fidelity is seeking a qualified Cash Centre Manager for its West Rand branch, reporting to the Regional Manager of the cash processing region. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all deposits are verified, balanced, and processed in accordance with contractual agreements.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Ability to perform well in a high-pressure environment with daily challenges

Strong people management skills

Excellent time management capabilities
-
Previous cash centre experience is advantageous

Professional communication skills to engage with clients
Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff effectively to ensure smooth operations

Address and resolve treasury and teller discrepancies

Provide feedback to clients and support departments as required

Enforce policies and procedures within the branch

Mitigate risks to ensure safe and efficient operations
