A position is available for a Cashier to join our dynamic team in Paarl, Cape Town. The main responsibility of this role is to serve customers by accurately and courteously processing their purchases.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate front-end equipment, including:

Point of sale terminal

Debit card terminal
-
Speedpoint
-
Veri-cheque
-
Smartbox
-
Zip Zap
-
-
Process various forms of payment, including:
-
Cash
-
Cheques
-
Gift vouchers
-
Bank cards
-
Pensioner’s cards
-
-
Maintain stock, hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards
-
Ensure signage and pricing are correct
-
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric / NQF Level 4 equivalent
-
Previous cashier experience, either as a part-time cashier or trainee
