A vacancy for a CIT Box Room Controller exists at the Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) Branch, reporting to the Boxroom Manager and CIT Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient operation of the CIT contract, focusing on managing vault room duties and the distribution of consignments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12, Matric Certificate, or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in the CIT environment (preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience in a vault room (advantageous)

• Fully bilingual

• Computer literate (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for vault room duties and plan schedules for CIT

• Receive consignments from bulk and team vehicles

• Sort consignments for CIT teams

• Balance the vault and ensure it is securely locked

• Distribute consignments for bulk movement

• Manage security and oversee the movement of CIT schedules during transit
