A vacancy exists for the role of CIT Controller at our Cape Town Branch, reporting to the Operations Manager. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth coordination of daily CIT operations, including monitoring schedules, issuing confidential access codes, tracking fleet movements, and maintaining accurate communication between drivers and the branch.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record

• PSIRA Grade C accreditation is advantageous

• Minimum of 1 year of control room or similar experience in the security industry

• Proficient in computer systems and software

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to perform well under pressure

• Clear disciplinary record

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for daily fleet departures

• Monitor all active CIT schedules

• Perform hourly driver tracking and log data

• Issue OTC codes to drivers and confirm usage

• Maintain constant contact with all CIT drivers

• Ensure all client schedules are collected and accounted for

• Perform administrative tasks and maintain documentation

• Liaise with branch management regarding operational updates

• Monitor CCTV feeds and ensure access control

• Engage in basic client liaison and service support
