Fidelity Services Group is seeking a reliable and professional CIT Crewman for our Worcester Branch. This position is responsible for the secure collection and delivery of clients’ cash, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to operational procedures. The role reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Clear criminal record

• PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C qualification

• Valid Cash-in-Transit (CIT) certificate

• Firearm competency (minimum handgun for business purposes)

• At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry or a similar role

• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

• Physically fit and capable of handling demanding operational tasks

• Able to perform under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver client funds while ensuring proof of transactions

• Receive, sort, and distribute consignments accurately

• Maintain regular radio communication with controllers

• Report delays or irregularities to the Operations Manager without delay

• Monitor surroundings and respond proactively to suspicious activity

• Ensure full compliance with safety and security protocols
