Job Description
The CIT Crewman position is available at our Worcester Branch, reporting to the Operations Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect and deliver clients’ money, ensuring proof of delivery and collection.
Minimum Requirements

Clear criminal record.

PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification.

Cash in Transit (CIT) certificate.

Firearm competency with a minimum handgun qualification for business purposes.

At least 2 years of experience in the security industry or a similar role (preferably with FSG).

A valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure.

Physically fit.
Job Specification

Full responsibility for collecting and delivering clients’ money.

Receive, sort, and distribute consignments.

Report all delays to the Operations Manager immediately.

Prevent and report incidents.

Maintain radio contact with controllers.

Take preventative actions against any suspicious activities.
