Job Description:
The CIT Custodian position is currently vacant at our Parow Branch, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role involves loading, balancing, maintaining, securing, and attending to client ATMs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record

• PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C qualification

• Cash In Transit (CIT) certificate

• Firearm competency with at least a handgun qualification (for business purposes)

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security industry or a similar role (experience at FSG is advantageous)

• Experience in custodian work, particularly loading ATMs, is an advantage

• Computer literate

• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

• Ability to work under pressure

• Physically fit

Job Specification:

• Daily loading of all ATMs

• Securing and accounting for all cash transactions daily

• Attending to any technical faults on the ATM

• Balancing and accurately handling cash transactions

• Ensuring client assets are secured at all times

• Strict adherence to key procedures

• Compliance with trans track scanning operations

• Interacting with and assisting clients
