Fidelity is looking for skilled and dedicated CIT Driver/Crew members to join our team. This role involves safely collecting and delivering client funds while maintaining the highest security standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure cash-in-transit operations and uphold company protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely collect and deliver cash or valuables to and from clients

• Maintain constant radio communication with control rooms

• Report any delays, incidents, or suspicious activity to the Branch Manager immediately

• Perform preventive security actions to safeguard consignments

• Ensure full accountability for all assigned CIT tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal and credit record

• Valid driver’s license and PDP

• PSIRA Grade C registration

• CIT certification

• Completed firearm training (handgun and rifle) with valid SAPS competency certificate

• Tactical combat training

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a CIT driver or crew role

• Prior experience in the security industry
