Fidelity Services Group is looking for a skilled and dependable CIT Team Leader to join the Cash-in-Transit division at our Rustenburg Branch. This role supports the Operations Manager in ensuring that all CIT operations run according to strict procedures, schedules, and security standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Clear criminal record

• PSIRA accreditation (minimum Grade C)

• Valid Cash-in-Transit (CIT) certificate

• Firearm competency with a minimum handgun qualification (for business purposes)

• Computer literate (compulsory)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry or a similar role

• Previous supervisory or CIT management experience is advantageous

• Valid driver’s license and own transport are advantages

• Willingness to work irregular hours and under pressure

• Clear disciplinary record

Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the CIT vehicle, including reporting faults, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper operation of security systems

• Assist in day-to-day operational needs and coordinate CIT team movements

• Oversee the secure handling and transportation of consignments

• Drive CIT vehicles when required

• Report and help prevent incidents or suspicious activities

• Maintain constant communication with the control centre

• Conduct security drills and ensure high levels of security awareness

• Manage and submit required documentation such as rosters and incident reports

• Liaise effectively with clients and internal staff, including management

• Support overall risk management and compliance initiatives
