Fidelity Vacancies – CIT Team Leader – Rustenburg

Fidelity is seeking a dedicated CIT Team Leader for our Rustenburg branch. The primary objective of this role is to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the Cash in Transit (CIT) division, ensuring all operations are carried out according to procedure and schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record

  • PSIRA Grade C certification

  • Cash in Transit (CIT) certificate

  • Firearm competency (handgun for business purposes)

  • Computer literacy is essential

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry or a similar role

  • Supervisory experience in CIT is an advantage

  • Valid driver’s license and own transport are advantageous

  • Ability to work under pressure and outside regular hours

  • Clear disciplinary record

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for CIT vehicle, including cleanliness, refuelling, mechanical checks, and security systems

  • Assist with day-to-day operational requirements

  • Manage and secure CIT schedules during transit

  • Drive the CIT vehicle when required

  • Monitor, report, and prevent incidents and accidents

  • Maintain constant communication with control rooms

  • Conduct security drills and ensure security awareness is upheld

  • Respond proactively to suspicious activity

  • Engage professionally with clients and team members, including management

  • Complete necessary documentation, such as rosters and daily reports

  • Immediately report delays or operational issues to the Operations Manager

  • Support overall risk management and ensure compliance with company standards
