Dischem Vacancies – CJD Customer Liaison Officer
Dis-Chem Pharmacies (CJ Sales) is seeking a CJD Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at the Head Office in Midrand. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, providing product and service information and resolving any concerns with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to ensure high service standards and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential:

Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate

2 to 5 years of relevant customer service experience

Job Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relationships:

Represent the company in alignment with its mission, vision, and values.

Resolve all queries during the first contact whenever possible.

Ensure that a high standard of care and best practices are maintained for both customers and suppliers.

Address customer and CJ Distribution queries directly.

Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and suggest solutions to enhance service delivery.

Conduct customer satisfaction research to evaluate customer experiences.

Gather and evaluate information to manage product and service inquiries and assess customer needs.

Build and maintain trust-based relationships through open and interactive communication.

Use customer and store feedback to improve future customer service.

Re-launch initiatives designed to increase customer satisfaction.

Act as a mediator between staff and clients to improve communication and resolve conflicts.
Customer Service:

Respond to emails with important information in a timely manner.

Develop and implement communication scripts for handling various topics.
-
Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database.
-
Support the documentation of customer queries in the database clearly and comprehensively.
Orders and Delivery (Client/Supplier):
-
Process orders by obtaining and verifying necessary information.
-
Create and manage project delivery timelines.
-
Handle complaints regarding customer orders.
-
Inform customers about out-of-stock or discontinued items.
-
Implement and track the CJD articles telesales order system, reporting progress to senior management.

Manage adherence calls accurately.
Reporting & Administration:
-
Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.

Log resolved and unresolved queries daily for reporting purposes.

Identify root causes of issues and recommend proposals to management for improvement.
-
Compile reports on relevant products, including sales, quality, and feedback.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to discuss sales performance and take appropriate actions.

Present new product ranges to senior managers regularly.
