Mr Price Money is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Collections Agent to join the Financial Services team on the night shift. The primary focus of this role is to manage overdue accounts by collecting late payments, negotiating payoff arrangements, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure the recovery of outstanding debt.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers in arrears to recover overdue payments across all lending products

Process and review customer refunds and account adjustments accurately

Resolve account discrepancies and manage short payments in a professional manner

Update and maintain customer information including personal, employment, and contact details

Rehabilitate accounts by delivering excellent customer service during all interactions

Handle customer and store queries or complaints efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution

Qualifications and Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

6 to 12 months of collections experience preferred

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA) as it relates to credit and collections

Understanding of account life cycles and the collections process
-
Ability to work night shift from 11:00 to 20:00
