Job Description
The Cook is responsible for preparing fresh food products in accordance with the Kitchen Supervisor’s production plans, ensuring that all items meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement production plans and prepare food accordingly

Control the ingredients and ensure proper stock managemf

Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards

Provide excellent customer service
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / NQF Level 4 equivalent
-
At least 3 years of cooking experience
Knowledge:

Product knowledge

Production chain processes

Cold chain management

Manufacturing processes

Equipment handling and safety

Industry trends
