Responsibilities
The Creditors Clerk will be responsible for managing all accounts payable functions within the company. Key responsibilities include:

Processing large volumes of invoices and managing invoice documentation.

Having a solid understanding of automated invoice processing.

Using Process Director to manage invoice flows.

Conducting daily age analysis to ensure accurate account handling.

Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring accuracy in all financial records.

Processing payments via EFT, including the loading of payment batches on SAP.

Maintaining GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt) records.

Timely resolution of complex account queries.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both external and internal suppliers.
Qualifications

A Diploma in Accounting or at least 5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within an FMCG environment.

SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Strong background in accounting and financial principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience handling large data sets.

High accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing large volumes of data.
