A permanent opportunity is available for a Creditors Clerk based at the Cape Town branch. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all accounts payable functions are processed accurately and timeously, in line with company policies and financial controls.
Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate is essential

At least 2 years of experience in a creditors environment with a strong background in reconciliations

Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
-
Fluency in both English and Afrikaans
-
Must have own reliable transport
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform daily follow-ups on vendor, statement, and invoice discrepancies
-
File and sort invoices and reconciliations accurately
-
Handle all supplier documentation as required

Prepare and process monthly accrual journals
-
Manage cash outflows daily, weekly, and monthly
-
Process petty cash and cashbook-related payments and invoices
-
Compile and maintain various financial reports
-
Complete supplier reconciliations and prepare payment requisitions
-
Match purchase orders to invoices and ensure accurate capturing on SAP and Key Fleet

Check payment requisitions for compliance with company policies
-
Load payments on the online banking platform

Verify supplier banking details to ensure payment accuracy

Address all payment-related queries from suppliers and internal teams
-
Load new creditors on SAP and maintain creditor records
-
Provide monthly creditor age analysis reports

Perform additional tasks and duties as required
