Responsibilities
As a Creditors Clerk, you will play a key role in the accounts payable process, ensuring that invoices are processed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of invoices, resolving account queries, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external suppliers. You will also be tasked with statement reconciliations, processing payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable system.
Key Responsibilities:

Process large volumes of invoices accurately

Manage automated invoice processing systems

Focus on age analysis and ensure timely action

Reconcile statements and ensure payments are processed on time

Load EFT payments on SAP

Maintain GRIR (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt)

Resolve complex account queries efficiently

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external suppliers
Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting or 5+ years of experience in accounts payable (preferably in an FMCG environment)

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Strong accounting background

Proficient in Excel
-
High attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work
