Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the role of Customer Marketing Manager within the Sales & Marketing Department. This is a strategic position focused on driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering tailored marketing solutions that align with business goals.
Purpose of the Role
The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and executing customer-specific marketing strategies that address the unique needs of key customers. This role is integral in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term brand success through data-driven and insight-led marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies tailored to individual key accounts

Track and report on key performance indicators including sales growth, customer satisfaction, market share, and campaign ROI

Minimum Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous
Experience
-
6 to 10 years in commercial, marketing, or customer management roles

Proven experience in FMCG, CPG, or related industries

Background in working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and product development teams

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, digital marketing, customer analytics, and brand positioning
