Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Consultant is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and enhance business development. Acting as the primary point of contact for important clients, this role involves offering exceptional customer service and expert guidance to maintain strong business partnerships.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in key account management and sales.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to travel when necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Work closely with internal teams to create and execute account strategies that align with company goals.

  • Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts, contributing to overall growth and profitability.

  • Develop detailed proposals and quotes based on individual client requirements.

  • Support the planning and execution of roadshows and marketing activations, ensuring brand visibility.

  • Provide regular performance updates and sales forecasts to senior management.

  • Address customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

  • Travel to meet with key clients and attend relevant industry events when necessary.
